My time at the studio varies each week, I advertise what hours I will be open for the week on my face book page calicodesignsnz .To avoid disappointment I recommend checking this out before making a special trip.
Where is the studio located?
At present the Studio is located in the Harvey's Bakehouse building on SH 1,19 Bridge st, Rakaia, New Zealand. Which is approx. 20min North of Ashburton, or about 45 min south of Christchurch.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard and Bank Deposits.
When will I get my order?
All orders will be processed on the days we are open, which is most Wednesday & Friday's from 10am to 4pm. We will notify you if we need to backorder any of your order before payment, so changes can be made if needed.
Is the pricing GST inclusive?
No GST on products as I am not registered.
Are the photos online, the actual product?
Yes, all photos have been taken of the actual product in the studio, but please note colours may differ from the photograph in real life.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes we do. Contact us to arrange your voucher amount.
What is your postage cost?
We will always endeavor to keep costs low, however this will depend on the method of post chosen. At the time of purchase you will be able to select the different options available, and depending on where you reside, this may effect the postage charge. Please note Rural Deliveries will always include an extra charge. If your order is shipped in two separate packages because of a backorder, you will not be charged for shipping on the second postage.
International orders, including Australia, postage will depend on which country you reside in, please use the contact us form if you wish to order anything from us and postage can be then calculated and a separate paypal invoice sent to you for payment.
How can I place an order?
Through my shopify website, email, mail, facebook messenger or phone. Email orders may be sent to us by filling in the enquiry/contact form on the website, or email your order to email@example.com. We will be in touch to arrange payment and delivery. Please add your phone number & delivery address in the email. Mail Orders Must also include your phone number/email and delivery address so we may contact you to arrange payment and delivery. Phone Orders To 0274 CALICO (225426), please leave a message on my answer phone and I will be in touch regarding your enquiry. *Please do not send your credit card details to us by email for your own security.
Online Email Orders, an invoice will be sent via email & may be paid for by internet banking or we will phone you and do a direct credit card payment. All goods will be shipped once payment has been received.
What is your policy on refunds/returns
For all returns/refunds queries please contact Kelly on 0274 CALICO or use the contact form on the contact us page. Product may be returned for a full refund or replacement provided it is sent unopened in the original packaging within 7 days of purchase. We do not refund/replace cottons, patterns, charts, cut fabrics, or sale items. A copy of the sellers invoice must be included with the return. If the buyer used a gift voucher to pay for all or part of the item returned, that part of the refund will be credited on a future purchase. Postage will not be refunded. Please choose carefully.
